Yes. We ship anywhere in the US with UPS and USPS. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Most orders head out the next business day.

Yes, and it is free. Choose in-store pickup at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready at 320 S Main St, Breckenridge.

10am to 6pm daily, and 9am to 8pm when the resort is in full swing.

Online orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be new, unused and in the original packaging with tags on. Return shipping is on you unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Email info@undergroundsnowboards.com with your order number and what you want to return or swap. Live in Summit County? Bring it by the shop and we will sort it out in person.

Some boards, boots and bindings are listed before they land at the shop. The expected arrival date is at the top of the product page. We charge your card when you place the preorder, and we ship it or hold it for pickup as soon as it arrives.

Dates come from the brand and can move. If a date slips more than two weeks we will email you, and you can cancel any time before it ships or is picked up for a full refund.

Pick a board, boots and bindings package for 1, 2 or 3 days and book it online or at the shop. Add your pickup date in the order notes at checkout. We size and set you up on Main Street before you ride.

Yes. Call the shop at 970.453.7400 and we will set it up.

We do not do tunes, but we carry wax and tuning tools so you can keep your board fast at home.
