Jones Men's Howler Splitboard 2027

The Howler split takes Jones' backcountry freestyle board onto the skin track. Full camber, a directional shape and a mid-stiff flex give it the pop and power to charge spines, stomp airs and rail turns in steep terrain.

• High Power Camber: Tip to tail camber with an 8mm rise and an extended flat zone under the rear inserts for pop and edge hold.
• Directional shape: Longer nose, shorter tail and a 2cm setback stance for float and power out of turns.
• Medium Traction Tech: Three bumps per edge for grip on hard snow.
• Medium 3D Contour Base: 4mm spoon bevel in the nose and 0 to 4mm in the tail to reduce tip drag and smooth out turns.
• Control Split Core with Koroyd: Paulownia and Poplar core with Koroyd to absorb vibration and cut swing weight.
• Triax fiberglass with Bcomp carbon/flax stringers: Powerful, precise feel with flax to calm chatter.
• Sintered 8000 base: Fast, wax absorbent and easy to repair.
