Jones Men's Stratos Splitboard 2027

The Stratos is Jones' all-terrain touring split. A powder friendly directional shape, Freeride CamRock profile and a medium, lively flex make it easy to ride in tight trees and still stable when you open it up.

Why We Carry It

It's a little softer and more playful than the Solution, so it works for a wider range of riders, from people on their first split to experienced tourers who want something fun.

Highlights

• Freeride CamRock profile: Camber underfoot with extended nose rocker and shorter tail rocker for float and edge hold.
• Directional, 10mm taper: Longer nose, shorter tail and a 2cm setback stance for float in deep snow.
• High Traction Tech: Three bumps per edge for grip on firm skin tracks and hard snow.
• High 3D Contour Base: 4 to 8mm spoon bevel in the nose and 0 to 7mm in the tail for easy turn initiation.
• Ultra Split Core: Dual density core, mostly Paulownia with Poplar pockets.
• Biax fiberglass with ampliTex carbon/flax stringers: Lively, forgiving flex with added pop.
• Quick Tension Tail and Bolt-less Bridge: Notched tail for skin tension and no clip hardware through the base.

Best For

Intermediate to expert riders who want one fun, floaty split for Summit County tours, Hoosier Pass laps and deep days off Peak 6.
