Shipping
We ship anywhere in the US with UPS and USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout based on what's in your box, so a beanie doesn't cost the same to ship as a board bag. Most orders ship the next business day. In Breck? Choose free pickup and grab it at the shop on Main Street.
Returns
30 days to return
Online orders can come back within 30 days of delivery. Refunds go back to your original payment within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and check your return.
Send it back new
Items must be brand new, unused, unwashed and in the original packaging with all tags attached, plus your receipt or order number. Return shipping is on you and shipping costs are not refunded, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
Final sale and how to start
Sale items, electronics and safety gear (helmets, avalanche gear and the like) are final sale. To start a return, email info@undergroundsnowboards.com with your order number and the items you want to send back.
Exchanges
Wrong size or color? We're happy to swap it when we have it in stock. Email info@undergroundsnowboards.com or call 970.453.7400 first so we can check availability, then send it back unused with the tags on within 30 days of delivery. Live in Summit County? Bring it by the shop on Main Street, 10am to 6pm daily (9am to 8pm when the resort is in full swing), and we'll sort it out in person.
