Preorder Policy

Some boards, boots and bindings go up on the site before they land at the shop on Main Street. Here is how preorders work at Underground Snowboards. Questions? Call 970.453.7400 or email info@undergroundsnowboards.com.

How it works

• The expected arrival date is at the top of the product page.
• We charge your card when you place the preorder, which holds your size.
• As soon as it arrives we ship it, or hold it for free pickup at 320 S Main St, Breckenridge if you chose pickup.
• Shipping works like any other order: free on orders over $100 to the lower 48, and snowboards and splitboards ship at live carrier rates.

Arrival dates

Dates come from the brand and can move. If a date slips more than two weeks, we will email you.

Changing your mind

You can cancel any time before your preorder ships or is picked up for a full refund. Email info@undergroundsnowboards.com with your order number, or call the shop.

After it arrives

Once your preorder ships or is picked up, our regular shipping and returns policy applies: 30 days from delivery for new, unused gear in the original packaging with tags on.
